The Association of Pension Fund Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies (UMFO) is a professional, independent, and non-profit organization. Its primary goal is to protect the interests and promote cooperation and partnerships between mandatory and voluntary pension companies while ensuring optimal information access for their members.

UMFO undertakes initiatives aimed at improving pension fund operations, facilitating the successful implementation of pension reforms, and, most importantly, protecting beneficiaries by keeping them well-informed about the advantages of both mandatory and voluntary pension funds.

It serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, acting as a unified voice for pension companies. UMFO collaborates with media representatives to raise awareness of the importance of pension funds and inform the public about the pension system. It also engages with academic communities, local authorities, and international associations to promote the significance of pension savings through knowledge sharing and experience exchange.
